30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to tell us about any problem: damage in transit, a packing error or an item that is not as described.

How to request a return

1. Write to us through the contact page, choosing “Return or refund”.
2. Include your order reference (2BD-XXXXXX) and, if you can, a photo.
3. We reply within one working day with the next steps.

Refunds

Depending on the case we either send a replacement at no extra cost, or refund you in full to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of agreement.

Exceptions

Gift cards are not refundable, though they remain valid for 12 months. Plants that have been deliberately damaged, or repotted in unsuitable soil, cannot be covered.
