Preparation and tracking

Orders placed before 2pm are packed the same day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is recorded, and a second message when the parcel is handed to the courier.

You can check the progress at any time on the track my order page using your reference.

Living plants

Plants leave us early in the week so they never sit in a depot over a weekend. During heatwaves or cold snaps we may hold an order back a few days — it is always better for the plant, and we will tell you when we do it.
