Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern sales made through the 2BD Stores online shop at stores.2bd.net. Placing an order implies accepting them without reservation.

2. Products

Photographs and descriptions of plants are indicative. As living products, they vary slightly in colour, shape and size — this is not a defect.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes, excluding delivery. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you order.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once the cart and delivery form have been validated. A confirmation email containing the order reference is sent automatically.

5. Payment

We accept card, bank transfer and payment on delivery. No card details are ever stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

Stated lead times are estimates. If a delivery is more than 15 working days late, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

You may cancel within 14 days of receipt; our commercial guarantee extends this to 30 days. Plants that have died or deteriorated through unsuitable care cannot be taken back.

8. Liability

2BD Stores is not liable for indirect damage resulting from improper use of the products sold.

9. Personal data

We collect only the data needed to process orders. See our privacy policy.

10. Disputes

We will always try to settle a dispute amicably first. Failing that, the competent courts apply.
